Of course we provide this guarantee not because our machines are not able to survive after 1 year of purchase, but instead we believe in 1 year there have never been any significant problems either mechanically or electronically. Proof that our machines are tough enough and durable enough as expected.
We provide 2 service engineer technicians who will provide after sales visits. By still involving the mechanical engineer design and electrical engineer in providing after sales services. So that the performance of the service engineer is not only partially checked and repaired, but also understands the concept of the machine as a whole, both mechanically and electrically design. And if there is a problem it can be solved without causing problems to other parts. Problems that can be isolated and only in that part.
In fact, we also have 3 mechanics and welders as a support system for after sales service, as proof of our seriousness in providing full service to consumers. Because we know, smooth work after purchase is a good signal for us that there will be more opportunities to make repeat purchases of our products. In addition, for certain machines, we can provide after sales up to 3 visits.
